We then overlay our experience in analysing and investing in early stage growth investment, turnaround situations, and distressed debt to evaluate the borrower’s financing needs and assist with the development of an investment structure that both suits the corporate borrower and attracts the correct investment partner.

Through our experience in facing the borrower through primary debt syndication and facing the investor in selecting credit opportunities we understand the drivers from both perspectives into what creates both a sound investment as well as a sound structure for a corporate to build on.
